• Account and activity data: login times, deals you register, status changes and messages to your account manager.
• Client details you register: your buyer's name, phone, email and country, used only to protect and process that deal.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and, if enabled, analytics and advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To assess your application and set up your account.
• To register, protect, process and pay out deals, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer checks required by UAE law.
• To contact you about your account and, with your consent, about new projects.
• To keep the platform secure and improve it.

Who we share it with

Developers and their sales teams (only for deals you register), licensed closing agents working your deal, regulators and authorities where the law requires, and service providers that host our systems under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by UAE record-keeping and AML rules.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing our privacy contact above or using the delete my account page. Some records must be kept by law even after deletion is requested.
