Using this site

Information on projects, prices, availability, payment plans and commissions is indicative, supplied by developers or public sources, and may change without notice. Only the developer's reservation documents and SPA are binding.

Membership

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or suspend accounts, for example where verification or compliance checks are not completed.

Commission and referrals

Splits, referral rewards and any advance facility are governed by the member agreement and the tier table in force when a deal is registered. Commission is payable only on funds actually received from the developer, unless an advance has been agreed in writing.

Licensing

Only RERA-registered brokers may carry out brokerage activity in Dubai. Members without a UAE licence act as referrers or co-brokers through their own licensed business abroad, and Dubai-side brokerage is performed by licensed agents.

Acceptable use

Do not share your login, copy platform content for redistribution, register clients you are not actively working with, or misrepresent projects to buyers.

Liability

We are not liable for investment decisions made on the basis of information on the platform. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
