Earnings

When am I paid?

Your tier split is paid once the developer pays the commission to us. Every stage is visible on your dashboard.

Are there deductions?

No admin or desk fees are taken from your split. Any optional extras are shown in AED before you choose them.

How do I move up a tier?

Tiers are based on your rolling 12-month commission volume. Thresholds are published and promotions happen automatically.

What if the client cancels?

No commission is due if the client walks away before SPA. Your registration stays protected while you keep logging activity on it.

Eligibility

Do I need a Dubai RERA card?

Only if you want to run deals in Dubai yourself. Without a card you can refer buyers or co-broke from your own licensed agency abroad — a licensed closer handles the Dubai side.

Can I keep working with my current agency?

Yes. There is no exclusivity and no minimum volume.

I'm new to Dubai. Will you accept me?

If you've closed property deals anywhere and you're coachable, yes. Your account manager will plan your first 30 days with you.

What does the platform include?

Live inventory with payment plans and commission rates, a developer update feed, recorded developer briefings, deal registration with lead protection, and a dedicated account manager.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes — the whole platform runs in your mobile browser.

Trust

Can I trust you with my clients?

Yes. Before your first deal we both sign a Member Agreement. It says your registered clients are yours, we will not contact or sell to them behind your back, and your deals stay confidential.

Who can see my deals?

Only you and your account manager. Other agents can't see your clients, deals or earnings.

What if the rules change after I sign?

Your split is locked for each deal once the SPA is signed. Any change to the agreement is made in writing.

Will you contact my clients directly?

No. Clients you register are yours. We only contact them as needed to process the deal you registered.

Can other agents see my deals?

No. Each member sees only their own clients, deals and payouts.
